What we collect
You can read every page of HospiceChaplain.org without creating an account or telling us who you are. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate region, so we can keep the site secure and understand which resources are most useful.
If you write to us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name and email address.
What we never ask for
Please never share patient names, medical details or any information that could identify a patient or family. Our resources are designed to be used without it.
How we use information
We use information only to operate and improve the site and to reply to messages. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
Links and affiliate partners
Some pages link to other websites, including booksellers and publishers. When you leave our site, the privacy practices of that website apply. Affiliate links may let a retailer know your visit came from us, but we do not receive your personal details from them.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as the site grows, and we will always show the date of the latest revision above. Questions about privacy can be sent to the editors at editors@hospicechaplain.org.
